Our Strategic Plan

The Committee of St Helens Neighbourhood House develops a strategic plan every three years which is reviewed annually. The plan assists our organization to set priorities, focus energy and resources and strengthens our operations. It ensures that our employees, volunteers and other stakeholders are working together, collaboratively toward common goals with established agreement around intended outcomes/results. It supports our organization assess and adjust our  direction in response to a constantly changing community environment. Our strategic plan demonstrates who we serve, what we do and why we do it, with a focus on the future. We believe it also effectively articulates not only where our organization is going and the actions needed to make that progress, but also how we will know if we are successful.
